Transfer to staffs

Zilla Parishad is an autonomous organization. Although there are rules for transferring employees of Zilla Parishad's 3rd and 4th grade, they are not usually transferred. In the field specially an employee is shifted punitively to inter-district or any other district. Moreover, often the district council has no officers of its own. The post of deputy secretary has been given to the post of the government. The overall functioning of the Zilla Parishad was carried out by the appointment of 3 Assistant Engineers and 5 Deputy Assistant Strategists in the Technical Branch and they were transferred as per the rules of the Government. Moreover, the fourth grade employees of the Zilla Parishad were transferred from one branch to another branch and Dakabanglo Care Taker-cum-Darwans were transferred from one Dakbungalow to another.
