How to get services

Apply with the Chairman / CEO to get any services of the Zilla Parishad. If the application form is submitted to the Zila Parishad office, the employee receiving the application form will give a registrant number in the application form and submit the application form to the Chairman / CEO on that day. When the application is reached to the Chairman / CEO, he will forward the application form to the concerned Dealing Assistant. The Dealing Assistant shall present the application in the relevant document and shall inform the concerned applicant in writing / verbally of the decision from the Chairman / Chief Executive Officer. If the decision of the monthly meeting of the Zilla Parishad regarding the application is required, then the applicant will have to wait till the date of the monthly meeting of the Zila Parishad to be held. As soon as the monthly meeting of the Zilla Parishad is held, the applicant is notified by taking action on the relevant application as per the decision of the meeting.
